APA新聞報(bào)道援引Strabag發(fā)言人的話，奧地利建筑集團(tuán)Bauholding Strabag近日說，匈牙利競爭監(jiān)管機(jī)構(gòu)裁決，為了使Strabag收購墨西哥水泥控股公司CEMEX的匈牙利單元，CEMEX將不得不出售在該國的一個(gè)水泥廠。
反壟斷管理機(jī)構(gòu)估計(jì)，該交易生效后Strabag和CEMEX將控制匈牙利北部Salgotarjan 90％的水泥市場。

Austrian construction group Bauholding Strabag SE said today that the Hungarian competition regulator ruled that in order for Strabag to acquire the Hungarian unit of Mexican holding company Cemex (MXK:CEMEXCPO) it would have to sell one Cemex factory in the country, APA News reported quoting a Strabag spokeswoman.
The antitrust regulator estimated that following the transaction Strabag and Cemex would control 90% of the sector market in Salgotarjan, northern Hungary.
Strabag's acquisition of Cemex's Austrian unit is also being analysed by Austrian regulators.
