一、 適用范圍
適用于冬季施工的建筑工程及常溫和低溫條件下施工有早強要求的混凝土工程。使用本產(chǎn)品可縮短工期，提高產(chǎn)量，提高模板和場地周轉(zhuǎn)率，尤其適用于冬季預制場和農(nóng)村建房。
二、 主要性能
1 、 本產(chǎn)品的特點是早強和增強效果顯著，價格便宜，使用方便。
2 、 產(chǎn)品為灰色粉劑，無毒、無臭、不燃，對鋼筋無銹蝕作用。提高混凝土后期強度。
3 、 冬季施工時摻入 2.5 % 的該產(chǎn)品，可使混凝土早期強度明顯提高，其一天抗壓強度可提高 60% 以上，三天抗壓強度提高 45% 以上，七天抗壓強度提高 25% 以上，二十八天抗壓強度提高 10% 以上。

四、 推薦摻量
本產(chǎn)品摻量范圍為 2.1% ，推薦摻量為 2.1% （以水泥用量計）。
五、 使用方法
1 、本產(chǎn)品為粉劑產(chǎn)品，可與水泥一起加入攪拌機，但計量要準確。
2 、為了攪拌均勻，應延長攪拌時間 30 秒。
六、 包裝、運輸、貯存
1 、粉劑采用內(nèi)襯塑料袋，外編織袋包裝。每袋凈重 25Kg ± 0.13kg 或 50kg ± 0.25kg 。
2 、運輸時謹防遇鋒利物，以免破包受潮，若受潮結(jié)塊，重新烘干粉碎后使用。
3 、粉劑應貯存在通風、干燥的專用倉庫內(nèi)，有效期為二年，超過有效期經(jīng)檢測合格后仍可使用。

APPLICATION

PROPERTIES,FEATURES & CHARACTERISTICS
1. As accelerator and strength enhancer,it is practical and easy to handle.
2. Appearance:Grey powdery agent.Non-poisonous,odorless,non-flammable,and non-corrosive to steel bars.Intended for the acceleration of treminal strength of concrete.
3. Preliminary strength of concrete can be apparently accelerated when it is added at 2.5% in winter.The strength increase exceeds 60%,45%,25% and 10% on the 1 st day,3 rd day ,7 th day and 28 th day respectively.

RECOMMENDED BLEND DOSAGE
The blend dosage normally ranges between 2 .1 %.The standard blend dosage is established at 2.1%(as cement amount).
DIRECTIONS
1. The powdery agent can be agitated together with cement.Accurate measurement is essential.
2. A 30-second agitation is required to achieve to achieve good homogeneity.
PACKGING,TRANSPORTATION AND STORAGE
1. Woven fabric bag with plastic liner.Net weight: 25kg ±0.13 or 50kg ± 0.25.
2. Cautions should be taken to prevent from being torn by sharp-ended objects while packages are transferred or delivered.In case of humidity contamination,re-use is allowed after drying and crushing.
3. It should be stored in a deicated warehouse that is well-ventilated and dry.It remains effective in two years.At the expiration,re-use is allowed if the testing results fall within the established range.
