    項(xiàng)目慨況：HY-I型高效復(fù)合水泥添加劑項(xiàng)目，所生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品，為水泥工藝外加劑，屬高新技術(shù)產(chǎn)品。獲國(guó)家發(fā)明專利（專利號(hào)：ZL98110360.X),被中國(guó)立窯水泥研究會(huì)列為現(xiàn)代立窯20項(xiàng)新技術(shù)之一,獲得山東省科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng),列入國(guó)家科技型中小企業(yè)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目和2003年度國(guó)家火炬計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目。該技術(shù)產(chǎn)品符合行業(yè)規(guī)定的有關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，技術(shù)達(dá)到國(guó)內(nèi)先進(jìn)水平。該產(chǎn)品主要原料為有機(jī)和無機(jī)堿類、硫酸鹽類化工產(chǎn)品。該產(chǎn)品主要作用為:1.生產(chǎn)高標(biāo)號(hào)水泥；2.生產(chǎn)低堿水泥；3.大量利用工業(yè)廢渣、節(jié)約資源、降低能耗、變廢為寶、減少污染；4.提高水泥產(chǎn)量、質(zhì)量、降低成本、改善水泥性能，具有顯著的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益和社會(huì)效益。

4. Project General Situation:The products of such unit is cement addfive which belongs to high and new-techrnology products.The national invention torn patent number is ZL98110360X The technology is one of the 20 new technologies of Chinese Liyao cement Research institute,which has gained Shandong science and Technology Award ,It is also listed. Nationell science technology middle and small technique improvement at the same time in 2003 national torch plan item.The technical product meet relevent standards and reach internal advanced level.The products materials are chemicals such as organic inorganic、alkali and sulphate.The main functions of the products.are:
